Today is friday.. Hmm.. But i woke up very early le.. around 11.. Althought i slept at 6:20 in the morning.. Yesterday training is all about dance.. Like it.. But tiring loh.. Haha!! Hoping that my dance genes will come back.. Haha!! Then went down to the staff apartment to do some clean up and discussion.. Hehe.. And gossip of course.. Haha!! Like a chalet.. Too bad i din bring my clothes.. So in the end.. Went home after that.. And used the com until 6 plus loh..
Later going out also.. Hmm.. A frenz treating dinner.. Haha!! My junior.. But dun know what time.. Slacking now.. Hehe..
Talking abt yesterday, Juleen is my flyer for my PT.. Dun want to injure her, so before i request the normal shoulder sit method, she suggested herself.. Hehe.. Lucky la.. Maybe phobia ba.. But i going to over come it.. Hmm, but doing it wif jie wei and kelly first.. Then slowly advance.. Hehe.. Then as usual, my calf muscule hurts.. :( It is the result of not training the calf loh.. Haha!! But i believe i will be stronger as time past.. Sch going to start soon.. Hehe.. It means i might not have much time to play liao.. Hai..
