Hai.. Slept the whole day.. Damn it!!! I supposed to wake up early and then go to my old sch, to help out.. End up, i slept till around 1, then woke up, walk around the house, cant use the toliet, my bro using loh, then lie down back to the bed, and fall asleep again.. Damn le.. First time i sleep so much.. Hai, but i still make it for training loh.. Hehe.. Then the BU came down, cause they are training wif us, and going to teach us the techniques.. Hmm, first i saw their warm up and it is so cute.. But i think it is good also, they are loosing off the joints parts and the muscule.. They din do any massive PT also.. Hmm.. Maybe because they are training us onli, and not doing any big stunts themselves.. Okie, then they start to teach us the correct technique for B toss.. Wow, I totally impressive by the way they throw and catch, so high and nice.. Their flyers did twist, layout, around the world, back tuck, double back tuck.. Haha!!! Everyone was like, oh my god!!! Hehe.. Well, they are good loh.. Okie, then they start to teach the front toss up.. Not easy, cause we actually start from basic again.. I like basic, cause it is the start of anything.. Okie.. Then teach teach, they did front toss up shoulder stand, dion and vincent is good, they can do it.. Haha!! While me?? Cant la.. I not good also.. Hai hai.. Hmm, but i determined to train up my str.. They say i doing correct, juz tat no str to toss up.. Hmm.. Totally agree!!! Well, with them, time flies.. Hehe.. But never mind.. Still got a few more days wif them.. Going to learn as much as possible wif them.. :) BU ROCKS!!!!!
