Oh well, Time flies real fast. Finally the Annual DND for Magnum. The prepatation for the dance, for the dinner, deco everything. Me being the KJ and technical support of the day. Everything comes to an end, and i totally enjoy every moment of it. Although i do hate it when it is performances outside and i doing the songs inside the room. But when i know u guys enjoy it, i will be more than happy. But it doesnt mark the end of the Committee 2004, it marks the start of the new journey ahead each of us, me and deb starting school and the rest into ur working world. We will still come back to magnum and stay hand in hand with the rest of the magnum till the day we fall.
But of course, without the support from the members, this event wont be so successful. Those dress up and party, and of course, the overwhelming of drinkers.. U know who u are!!! Are the moments to remember. :) All the happy events come with arguements, brainstorming, and now and then meet up of the committee. Its worth it man. Haha!! But of course, there is always a lesson to learn... FIRST LESSON, DUN LET ALAN SIT NEAR TO THE BARTENDER IN FURTURE.. Second lesson, Seniors muz know what to do and what not to do huh. Dun go overboard.. Hehe, but its a one nite event, so well, juz take note la. I cant help to worry abit though. Hehe..
Okie enough of the DND, haha!!! Everyone was talking abt it. So no point i repeat what everyone have said. Sunday i went to a dinner, minister of education(Past) Stepping down and going to be the 2nd minister of def. Hmm, principal invite us, the 3 graduates to this dinner. Well, its was a good one, i mean the dinner.. Haha!! Shangri la is power man. GOOD FOOD. But din really go around and mingle cause all of them are principals, directors, big shots. Saw alot of people there. Some that i know that i perform for their events before. Of course the director wont rem me. Hai.. But okie, we talk abt alot of stuffs. And got a chance to talk to the new SDAR director. Hmm, so of course he will mention magnum's current situation and i listen loh. From him, can know that kelly is working very hard to maintain everything. Not juz kelly, but the whole committee. Requests after requests.. It set me to think that how can i help u guys. Feel bad that i cant do anything much. But i really hope to help.. Call me okie? Anyway, other than that, he mentioned abt the new place for magnum.. Haha!! First hand information. But the sad thing is, it wont happen in the coming days. But 2 - 3 years later. Cause of the planning and building of it. I think this director got lots of ideas, and he is willing to help magnum loh. OF COURSE, cause we won 5 time national ma. Haha!! Too bad u guys din perform for the dinner, its the hip hop grp that went. But its okie, magnum have too much liao. Relax time. Hehe. Well, the event ends.. Then went home in a car of a frenz..
Okie, first day of school, hai, tiring man, wake up so early.. But went down for the orientation and it sucks. Boring, and wow, my DEAN of colleage of engineering sure knows how to talk. 15-20 min of speech.. Haha!! Everyone is dying. The good thing is, i was in a seperated room, cause i late and so not inside the hall, y good? because the camera man was screening the audience time to time, and u will see people sleeping, with mouth open or some weird position. Haha!! The come the pledge, silly thing, oh well, i go with it, say liao, comes some lame performance.. OH MY GOD!!! its like NTU lack of creativity??? Hai, the skit is abt the freshman day, but it was like ......... nothing to explain or say.. Haha!!! the comes the CHOIR!!! hmm, not as nice as the one in the sunday dinner. Wow, did i mention there is a orchestra on sunday??
Oh oh, back track abit, there was some performance for the sunday dinner, and the chior is good man, they got gold and champion for international chior thing la. Forget. Then got the SYO = Singapore Youth Orchestra. SUPER POWER.. I like them man. All younger than me. Heard that they got gold for the olyimpic.. Okie i dun know how to spell but u know la.
Okie back to monday, after that is the tea time. Nice food, but din eat much. Hai, feel bored when i was alone in the whole thing. Hai Hai. No frenz same course as me. All jump back to ME!!! Damn, so i walked around, oh ya, i wearing the magnum jacket. Haha!! Purposly one.. Cause i know somehow or wat, i will see ACES.. Hehe.. Anyway i was right, juz right outside the hall, its the CCA open house. So i walked around and spotted some interesting thing, there is a riding club(Bikes) Motoring Club(Cars)
Ah, Billiard Club which i am joining. Alot of weird clubs. I was looking for swimming ma but cant find it. Onli can find life guard corp, but i din join. Haha!!! I was at the Hip Hop club there and they know me of my jacket, magnum name really spreads wide man.. And they ask me whether i joining ACES and of course i say no la, i told him i wanted to join swimming and his response? He look at the sky and think, then tell me, i dun know there is a swimming club around.. Haha!! That rocks man. NTU no swim team!!! So i joined hip hop. Which i also wanted to. :) So 2 indoors CCA for me. OH ya, i din mentioned that i saw ACES, i just walked past them and of course, the striking jacket alerts them and they say, magnum force.. But they din approach me, even if, i wont join one la, juz happen i was walking towards them, they doing back tuck. Hmm, average, considering with magnum, but can see they are really improving. But they are not cheerful enough la.. How to get members like tat.. Ah yo.. Hehe.. Enough of them.
So went for my first lessons and well, not as easy as i think, rushing through to take notes and writing everything down.. Haha!!! I getting a PDA. cant take it when i need to travel so far and need to carry things around. So getting a PDA and a note book to jolt down diagrams or pictures during lessons and use the PDA to write notes loh. So to me, easier la, and lighter alot. Haha!!
Okie okie, my day ends with my last lesson lecturer put aeroplane. Din know who is it. So who cares, i went back and have my lunch cum dinner at jp. Wow, din know that i wrote this much liao.. Haha.
