Talk to people you know, talk to people that you care. I think, everyone got their own small world to live in, to escape from the reality, when it is too cruel when it is too scary. Let say, when u are young, your own world is the closet in ur room, that you will hide in when you are scared, when your parents is quarreling.. As you grow up, your own world became something that is in ur heart, you hide your fears, your anger in it. So let say, no doubt, i will also have my own world. But what makes you think i dun have and i dun think others dun have.
Like i say, everyone got their own views, and i will onli say thanks to whatever comments they have, so if i dun have my own set of rules, why i ever bother to say thanks, i can kick off a fuss and kick anyone's ass if i wan to. Like wise, the rest will have their own set of rules to follow and then do what they wan.
Living in your own world is good.. But face up the reality, when its not meant to be yours its not!! Take an example, I thought i could score like a scholar in NTU, but sadly, i failed one module, and i was bring down from the top to the btm, (sounds familiar), like anyone else, i cant accept it, i decide to stop schooling and go home, but then, i decided to stay on because i talked to several people abt it. So if i still live in my own world, thinking I am the best, (sound familiar again) then, i will be fall even more deeper. Accept the fact that i failed, and learning the roots again,i set to go, my second result is out, and i happy, that i din fail, got more Bs and Cs.. I still got Ds, but i din fail this time.
You see, living in ur own world makes u stronger, proud of what u did, but its always good to fall sometime, to realise what u left, to realise that there is someone better than you, someone out there, climbing quietly, but slowly, eventually he succeed, and i congrats him from excelling in that field, and i bring myself to say i will succeed like him in future. I dun say, "I will win him nxt time" NO! You cant bring fame in one day, you need to build it up. So one thing straight, accept the failure before you talk abt success.
Talking about own world, like wise, who keeps telling me she or he is the best and most pampered child? I give u a very good example, my bro was also a pampered child, so what he is now? A working person. Nothing more. So if you expect urself to be something else when you are the best, then you are wrong, you are still a normal person and u still need to do the normal things. You get F by ur boss, you get punished for what u did. In army, you are always wrong, if you think you are right, you can argue, but you will still need to be punished, y u think? Because ur superiors will always have the final say. Yes that is when ur superior is unreasonable, but who say in the world of working , there is no such person. Either he stab you like shit, or he juz kick u out of the company.
So, live in your own world if you wan, but i not, my rule is, i look at how others live in their world, and change mine. Cause the surrounding is changing not because of you, so u have to change to suit the enviroment. Not in terms of character, but ur ability to accept the fact that comes straight to your face, and the fact that it will change ur life badly, or bestly.
