Hey hey, back here again, now is to write about yesterday:
Start work with reading the catalog again. But very soon, one of the staff came over to show us the program system, explain to us about templates and creating templates. So from the basic understanding of creating an I/O list, and then send over to customer for approve. Then we are able to use the IO list, and their requirement, to create the data base of the system. Then we are suppose to link several data points to a gateway, a gateway is also know as a door to another computer, remote or local base. So it works like an internet, sending information over to another computer about the system. So we are suppose to link the datapoints to the gateway, and he created one for us to play along. Beforehand, we are also shown with the drawing diagrams sent by the customers, which is also the requirement of what they want for their systems.
Then the rest of the afternoon is spent on issuing the datapoints into the gateway, and I can tell you. Super shiong. Haha!! but its also good to know that it is not easy to do their work. From what I know, when we first create the program, we can issue the datepoint while we are doing it, so it wont be that tiring to issue everything at one go. Secondly, I also need to find out the total datapoints we can issue for the system. Hmm.. Okie, thats all.
Other then that, haha, my parther cannot take it and keep falling asleep while i issue the datapoints in the system. While its boring to click click click, and I can tell you, so what you study university now, now at work, those terms, he never came across, he dun know what the hell is automation. Thats y I keep saying that study for paper is still useless in the industry. No clues, totally looking at the face = gone case for him.
